Doctor of Education
The HRD graduate program prepares scholar/practitioners to be educators, managers and consultants in academic, public and private settings. It focuses on human resource and workforce development theory and best practices. The core values are excellence, intellectual freedom, integrity, service, learning, diversity and stewardship.
The Doctor of Education in Human Resource Development is designed for students who seek leadership careers in education, business or industry settings. The Ed.D. program consists of 54 hours of doctoral coursework and is a fully online program. Students do not need to attend any sessions on campus.
