Transfer Agreements
2+2 = Bachelor's Degree
The Human Resource Development program partners with community colleges in three states to enable students to complete basic requirements before transferring to the University of Arkansas to complete requirements for a Bachelor of Human Resource Development degree.
The two-plus-two transfer agreements are intended to increase graduation rates and ease the transfer process. Other benefits include cost effectiveness, earning an associate's degree then moving ahead, pre-approved course credit transfer, a smoother transition to a university education for younger students, flexibility, and a boost in balancing work, home and school for nontraditional students.
